At SBP Outsourcing, we are looking for a strategic ally to lead the optimization of our international recruitment and hiring ecosystem for workers under temporary visas.
Do you have experience managing temporary visas and mass recruitment programs? If you have professional training in Human Resources Administration, Law, Industrial Psychology or related careers, we want to meet you.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a profile with the ability to audit, structure and protect our current operational strategy.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCIES:
Advanced Technical Experience: Mastery in the management of temporary visas (e.g. I-129 processes, international labor certifications and consular procedures).
Regulatory Expertise (SETRASS): In-depth knowledge of labor and immigration legislation in Honduras.
Training and Monitoring: Ability to design pre-departure training programs and implement monitoring systems (compliance) that ensure the success and retention of the worker abroad.
Ethical Management: Ensure that each recruitment process meets the highest ethical standards, transparency and human rights.",
