We are a leading consultant in customer experience measurements, and we are looking for the best talent to join our team as a Telephone Surveyor.\nWhat do we expect from you? \nTechnical or university studies, complete, truncated or in progress.\nMinimum experience of 1 year in a Call Center for the service/survey campaign, customer service, sales or retention. ESSENTIAL.\nKnowledge in the banking, insurance or telecommunications sector is desirable.\nUser-level Office management.\nSkills:\nHigh level of argumentation, fluent communication, good writing and spelling (Will be evaluated in the process).\nService vocation, achievement orientation and time management.\nRemote work: What do you need to work from home?
