At 1CALLCENTER, a commercial service company with remote operation in Latin America, we are looking for Commercial Advisors to manage telephone sales in the health and well-being sector, aimed at the Spanish-speaking market.

We are looking for people with commercial skills, focus on results and good communication to join a dynamic and growing work team.

Main functions

Answering incoming calls from customers interested in products

Personalized commercial advice

Sales management and business closure

Additional sales (cross-selling)

Order registration in internal system

Requirements

Minimum education: Completed secondary school

Sales or customer service experience desirable (not essential)

Good verbal communication and clear diction

Negotiation skills and results orientation

Basic computer and internet use

Have your own equipment (computer) and stable internet

Full time availability

Working conditions

100% remote mode

Workday of 5 days worked and 2 days off (rotating)

Rotating shifts of 9 hours a day (includes 1 hour of rest)

Supervision and continuous support

Contracting through service provision agreement

Compensation

Estimated base income: $9,000 MXN per month (depending on hours operated)
