Job Description

We are looking for two Loan Consultant Assistants to provide direct support to loan consultants in the United States, actively participating in the loan origination process, customer service, prospect follow-up, and file organization. The role is key as a liaison point between clients, processing consultants and external partners.

Main responsibilities:
calls and emails from clients and prospects.
Support Loan Consultants in explaining loan programs.
Coordinate meetings, calls and provide commercial follow-up.
Manage email campaigns and continuous communication with clients.
Keep CRM and internal systems (Pipedrive, Floify, Palm Agent) updated.
Follow up on applications, documents, pre-approvals and files.
Provide post-closing support (payoffs, document requests, draw processes).
Data entry, form control and administrative support to the sales area.

Requirements:
Advanced English (oral and written).
Native Spanish.
High attention to detail and excellent organization.
Professional communication and customer orientation.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
Use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of social networks (Facebook, Instagram).

Plaza 1: Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (CST) / Friday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (CST).
Plaza 2: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (CST).

Gross monthly salary: USD $1,200.
