Job Description

We are a Colombian law firm, a subsidiary of an American law firm, and we are looking for a Lawyer with up to 1 year of experience in the area of ​​Real Estate Law and with a high command of the English language.

We are looking for a proactive, honest professional, with the ability to develop multiple activities at the same time, excellent assertive communication and extensive use of Office 365 tools. Because all our clients are foreigners, an advanced level of English is required to maintain fluid conversations and provide agile and timely responses.

We offer an indefinite-term employment contract under the teleworking modality, with periodic in-person functions. It is essential to have your own work tools, such as a computer, ergonomic chair, adequate desk and excellent internet connection, as well as an appropriate space to work and hold meetings without interruptions.

Requirements
Availability to work full time, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Have a valid professional card.
Have an advanced level of English, both oral and written. It is not recommended to apply if you are still in the process of learning the language.
Have experience in Real Estate Law.
Excellent personal presentation for client meetings.
Interest in a salary offer between $2,700,000 and $3,500,000, negotiable according to experience.

Responsibilities
Investigate and analyze information for the provision of legal services and customer service.
Manage procedures before public and private entities, such as notaries and financial entities.
Provide direct customer service in English.
Carry out title studies.
Review and prepare purchase and sale promise contracts.
Support public deed subscription processes and other activities related to real estate transactions.",
