An important company in the sector focused on the finance and corporate area is looking for a new member for its legal area.

REQUIREMENTS:
Law Degree (finished).
3 years verifiable experience.
Knowledge of corporate law
Knowledge of tax law
Experience in contract preparation.
Advanced Intermediate English Language Management (able to start a conversation).
Work Area: Remote work

Analysis capacity.
Proactivity, efficiency and initiative in resolving situations and operations.

ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT:
Analysis of operations and preparation of documentary support;
General support in legal and transactional procedures;
Preparation of legal opinions;
Review of legal projects;
Risk detection in documentary audits;
