Job Description
Our Account Manager Hunter located in Cancun aims to offer complete, comprehensive and appropriate solutions to open the market and generate new customers, through the identification of business opportunities, effective prospecting and successful closing of sales of Midot products.
Position activities:
•\ Actively prospect and generate new potential clients in target sectors.
•\ Make effective commercial presentations of Midot products, highlighting their benefits and added value.
•\ Negotiate and close commercial agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability for the company.
•\ Keep the sales activity record updated in the CRM or assigned system.
•\ Collaborate with the marketing and after-sales team to ensure proper implementation of the solutions sold.
•\ Meet sales objectives and KPIs established by commercial management.
•\ Monitor the market and competition to identify new business opportunities.
•\ Represent the Midot brand with professionalism, ethics and consultative approach in Cancún.
Responsibilities:
1.\ Prepare monthly individual forecast,
2.\ Summary of projects of our products in the Cancun region and progress,
3.\ No. of appointments generated by own prospecting and assigned telemeeting
4.\ Monitoring and closing of leads assigned in the year,
5.\ Progress of the “Account Development” project to achieve closure.
6.\ Cover your monthly sales quota and generate new customers.
Essential knowledge:
Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close sales, knowledge of consultative sales techniques and development of new clients.
Availability for client visits and hybrid or field work, as required to continue expanding the national market.
Handling of tools or packages:
•\ Intermediate-advanced management of digital tools and CRM.
•\ Linkedin (Apollo/Lusha) for prospecting
•\ Whatssapp for commercial purposes
Desirable Knowledge:
Human Resources in selection, training or D.O. processes.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
Digital prospecting techniques (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, social selling).
Knowledge of consultative sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, Solution Selling, Challenger Sales).
Use of analysis and reporting tools (advanced Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.).
Intermediate or advanced English (desirable for contact with international clients or product training).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Business or similar.
Minimum experience in the position:
2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in product or service assessment, human resources, or enterprise software.
