About the Role\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to support our clients finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying incoming payments, reconciling customer accounts, and ensuring accurate cash postings. This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple spreadsheets, and solid Excel knowledge.\nKey Responsibilities\nApply incoming customer payments to the appropriate accounts.\nCompare payment information with customer records and identify discrepancies such as overpayments or underpayments.\nPerform account reconciliations and resolve payment differences.\nCreate manual invoices when required.\nEnsure timely and accurate posting of cash receipts.\nProcess payments received through lockbox, checks, wires, and credit cards.\nResolve credit card payment issues when necessary.\nSupport month-end and quarter-end closing processes.\nManage large datasets and work across multiple spreadsheets.\nRequirements\nExperience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.\nStrong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nExperience with reconciliations and financial data management.\nKnowledge of SAP is a plus.",
