Job Description

Important company requires a Project Manager with advanced proficiency in PROCORE.

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 net
Legal Benefits.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Requirements
ADVANCED INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH.
PROCORE DOMAIN.
3 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration or project management support functions.

Responsibilities:
- Billing (invoicing) of projects, both to owners and subcontractors
- AIA type payment applications (G702/G703 formats)
- Management of contractual commitments (commitments): subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Change orders and change requests.

Key requirements:
- Practical experience with Procore (ideally Procore certification in the Project Management or Financial Management track)
- Previous experience ideally in construction companies (GC), subcontractors, or shared services companies (BPO) serving the US construction market — not just local experience in Mexican construction accounting
- Ability to manage several projects or offices simultaneously, with attention to detail and process discipline.
