It forms part of the corporate engineering department and depends directly on the director of revenue and customer systems. Our team focuses on maximizing the productivity and efficiency of the entire income and support organization, taking charge of the architecture, design, construction and maintenance of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.

Job Responsibilities
User life cycle and access: manage the incorporation and exit process from beginning to end, ensuring correct permissions in Salesforce and integrated tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Support and ticket classification: Supervise internal help channels to classify incoming Jira tickets, solving technical problems directly or referring cases to corresponding system owners.
Data hygiene and audits: maintain a clean CRM by merging duplicate records daily and performing periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Agile and operational support: support the team's agile rhythm by preparing the backlogs so that they are clear and thus preparing the team for sprint planning.
Collaborative improvement: collaborate with the general team to supervise the performance of the functions and help to implement better techniques on a small scale that improve the general experience of the user.

Position Requirements
Salesforce Fundamentals: More than a year of experience in Salesforce administration, including a solid understanding of user permissions, security features and basic platform configuration.
Programming and scripting: ability to program or write scripts in at least one language (for example, Apex, JavaScript, Java or Python).
Agile and SDLC experience: experience working in the complete life cycle of software development (SDLC) in an agile environment, including collaboration on requirements and participation in sprint ceremonies.
Support and triage mindset: proactive approach to managing help channels and Jira glues, with the ability to diagnose problems and derive complex cases effectively.
Responsibility and collaboration: a strong sense of responsibility for the life cycle of operations, from the initial screening to the launch of production, combined with a passion for continuous learning.
AI tools: experience with Salesforce Agentforce, chatbots or other AI applications, with the ability to identify where AI can strategically accelerate delivery.
Mastery of English at an advanced level (verbal and written skills)
