Job Title: Human Resources and Benefits Administrator

Location: Remote

Hours: M-F

Job Description:
The HR Administrator HH. You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the department and branches, ensuring regulatory compliance and the correct management of administrative processes. This role includes tasks related to Form I-9, temporary employee benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS updates.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Form I-9 and E-Verify.
- Execute incorporation and dismissal processes of internal employees.
- Manage health benefits (ACA, COBRA), billing and invoice reconciliation.
- Answer questions from employees and field staff.
- Generate reports and coordinate annual registrations for the ACA plan.
- Support additional administrative tasks assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR. HH.
- English level C1 (fluency and excellent communication).
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Forms I-9 (desirable).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- Organization skills, attention to detail and teamwork.",
