We are looking for a HubSpot Administrator charged with leading the strategic administration of the HubSpot platform, ensuring its scalability, correct data governance, advanced process automation and effective qualification of the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success and other user areas, with the objective of maximizing performance of the business.\nMain responsibilities\nManage users, roles, permissions and CRM licenses.\nDefine and maintain the CRM governance and configuration standards.\nDesign and maintain the data model, ensuring quality and consistency.\nCreate and optimize workflows and automation.\nManage the backlog of CRM and coordinate requirements with user areas.\nProvide functional support and training to users.\nDrive continued improvements and new features in HubSpot.\n Required profile\n5 to 8 years of experience in CRM, ideally HubSpot.\nExperience in automation, integration and data models.\nAnalytical, autonomous and conducive profile high organizational capacity.\nExcellent communication skills and interdepartmental work.\nDesirable knowledge\nHubSpot (Marketing, Sales and Service Hub).\nExcel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams.\nPower BI and KPI tracking tools.",
