Job Description

We are looking for a Bidding Administrator to provide support to the operations and business development team, with a highly operational and administrative focus. Your mission will be to help manage bidding processes and innovation projects, ensuring order, monitoring and releasing operational load from the team.\nResponsibilities\nMonitoring and identification of opportunities for innovation projects (public and private).\nSupport in the writing of proposals and documentation required for tenders.\nConducting market studies.\nPreparation and organization of documentation and PowerPoint presentations.\nAdministrative monitoring and support for internal efficiency processes operational.\nRequirements\n+4 years of experience in administrative or similar functions.\nNative Spanish + English B2 (clear and coherent writing ability).\nManagement of Excel at user level and PowerPoint.\nExperience in tenders and technical writing.\nDesirable: experience in technological sectors (software, communications, devices).\nOrganized, meticulous, detail-oriented person with high administrative management skills.\nProactivity in following up on opportunities and excellent written communication skills.\nConditions\nModality: 100% remote.\nHours: FR, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Spain time).\nMid Senior category role.\nIf you have experience managing complex administrative processes, you like order, detail and are looking for a stable role where you can add value from the operation, this role is for you.",
