Requirements
Degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, International Relations or related career. We welcome recent graduates!
Intermediate-advanced English (level B2): ability to read, understand and maintain conversations. The interview will be held in English.
Knowledge in:
Foreign Trade and Customs Law.
Coordination of sea, air and land shipments.
Incoterms.
Import and export requests.
International logistics and analysis of logistics expenses.
Desirable experience in:
Management of EDI, releases and customer portals for the automotive sector (Tier 1, Tier 2 and OEMs).
Virtual Operations under Foreign Trade Promotion Programs.
Purpose of the project

Provide operational and administrative support in logistics and foreign trade processes, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely tracking of shipments and correct document management to guarantee the continuity of operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

Main responsibilities
Review and update material consumption (BOM's), carrying out reconciliations with the warehouse and supporting the monthly billing cycle.
Analyze costs, prices and movements related to the logistics operation.
Manage, audit and keep digital Foreign Trade records updated in accordance with current regulations.
Review import and export order proformas to ensure correct integration.
Monitor sales, shipments and departures of national and international material.
Monitor information through customer portals and electronic mail to ensure timely response to requests.
Coordinate and follow up on logistical processes that contribute to the company's operational efficiency.
