HIKVISION – Bilingual Agent
Requirements:
• Minimum experience of 6 months providing technical support in a Call Center.
• Studies in systems or technology areas.
• Assessment with client.
• Proactive attitude and commitment.
Features:
• Provide specialized customer support service via telephone, email and web.
• Manage Inbound attention.
• Resolve customer problems, doubts and requests.
• Provide specialized support in the different campaign processes.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 7:00PM and Saturdays from 7:00AM to 12:00PM, completing 44 hours per week.
• Shifts according to campaign programming.
Salary:
$3,200,000 + compliance variable of $320,000 + all legal benefits.
• Payments 20th and 5th of each month
