Campaign
In this campaign you would be providing customer service for home and appliance insurance, supporting them with the resolution of their doubts, clarifying coverage and guiding them on the use of their insurance policy.

Job Requirements
Minimum Baccalaureate studies (completed)
Advanced English level Verbal and written fluency (90% / C1)
Empathy
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong ability to resolve conflicts.

MS Office proficiency.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center.
