Job Description

An important home cleaning services company for American clients located in California, requires a bilingual call center agent for its work team, with experience in commercial areas and customer service.

Administrative commercial technician or similar – English level B2 or higher.

Functions: -Customer service via telephone on incoming calls
-Generate requested service order
-Monitoring and maintenance of frequent customers.

We offer: Formal hiring Salary $2,000,000 + commissions + attendance bonus of $400,000 legal benefits + quarterly bonus of $130,000

Hours: Sunday to Sunday, 10am to 9pm, with 2 days off a week.
