We are expanding our team in Lima for the Call Center CUSTOMER SERVICE area, an excellent opportunity for people who want to start their professional development in the Contact Center sector.

WORK MODE
The start of work is carried out in person at our headquarters in San Isidro – Lima.
After the first 15 days, you will be able to access Home Office mode, depending on your performance and compliance with indicators.
This allows the best performing employees to have the possibility of working partially from home.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Telephone customer service
Guidance and resolution of queries
Registration of information in the system
Compliance with management indicators
PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
People with or without experience in Call Center
Residence in Metropolitan Lima
Communication skills and service attitude
Interest in developing within the Contact Center sector
Basic knowledge of digital tools
WORKING DAY
I work from Monday to Saturday
Some Sundays - For each Sunday you receive additional bonus + rest during the week
