Job Description
Objective:
Provide personalized advice to leads/clients who come to the company through different platforms, always focused on identifying opportunities to sell services that adapt to their needs, maintaining long-term relationships that drive the growth of the company.
Features:
-Identify and contact potential clients who need advisory services.
-Understand the legal, fiscal or immigration needs of clients and propose appropriate solutions.
-Present and explain the company's services, highlighting the benefits and closing commercial agreements.
-Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, guaranteeing their satisfaction and promoting loyalty.
-Follow up with the lead until the moment they become a customer, ensuring you have established the correct agreements.
-Work as a team with all operational and support departments in the company to ensure that the services offered are delivered appropriately.
-Monitor compliance with sales objectives, as well as propose strategies for greater acquisition, improve processes, etc.
-Be a participant in training related to commercial activity, soft skills and everything that is required.
-Promote self-knowledge in the areas with which you will have a connection (Immigration, accounting, legal, labor, civil and tax).
