IPS Legal Red Justicia Viva is a social project for the democratization of justice developed by the Cumbres Foundation of Colombia, aimed at reducing economic barriers to access to professional legal services and building a solidarity network of legal protection and support for citizens. It is important to clarify that the Foundation's activity is not commercial; We carry out academic research processes with social impact. For this reason, we do not use traditional business outreach tools. All our projects operate under a co-financing scheme with private benefactors, including the vacancy for which you applied through the Computrabajo platform; This implies that the scope of implementation of the project is limited and requires at most strict control and monitoring, which allows for its budget stability.

The model works under a logic similar to an IPS applied to the legal field: affiliated people access permanent legal support by paying an affordable monthly payment and a system of differential social co-payments.

The vacancy corresponds to a commercial management and intermediation role with a dynamic different from traditional sales. The function of the Commercial agent is not only to link affiliates, but to build and consolidate a community of users linked to the project, maintaining a permanent relationship with them and strengthening their permanence, satisfaction and trust within the legal network of the Foundation.

In this sense, the commercial agency develops a work of expansion, relationship and continuous management of its own affiliate base, which remains associated with its commercial management as long as users remain active within the program.

The link is made through a commercial agency contract, therefore:

*There is no labor subordination
*There is no traditional fixed salary
*The commercial agent develops his activity autonomously, but under a framework of goals
*Income depends directly on the commercial management carried out

The remuneration scheme consists of a recurring commission of $10,000 per month for each linked affiliate, as long as the user remains active within the program.

This implies a cumulative and progressive income model, in which the growth and sustainability of the affiliate community allows the sustained growth of the commercial agent's monthly income.",
