Purpose of the position
Connect with Human Resources leaders to identify talent needs and schedule strategic meetings that drive the growth of the consulting firm.
Main responsibilities
Prospecting: Segment leads in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Outbound: Contact prospects via LinkedIn, email and calls.
Qualification: Validate needs, budgets and times.
Goals: Achieve 1–2 meetings and 10 useful contacts daily.
CRM: Record activity and manage the pipeline in Zoho.
Support (20%): Filter resumes and write technical reports.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years in SDR or B2B sales roles.
Tools: Mastery of Sales Navigator and Zoho CRM.
Calls: Skill in telephone prospecting and objections.
Profile: Resilient, organized and with professional communication.
Plus: Previous experience with the Spanish market.
Hours and Benefits
Mode: 100% Remote.
Early morning hours: Monday-Friday from 10am to 6pm (Spain time).
