We are looking for agile, committed and results-oriented people to join our team as Telephone Scheduling Agents under a service provision modality!

Objectives:

Manage the scheduling of cases in the Gomedisys system.
Guarantee that each case is recorded completely, effectively and with quality.
Meet hourly productivity goals.

Conditions for the vacancy:

Modality: Provision of services
Remote work
Productivity pay

Flexible working hours:
Minimum 30 hours per week
Maximum 36 hours per week

The contractor may choose his availability for the execution of the objective of the contract.

Requirements:

Excellent fingering agility
Clear, friendly voice and excellent customer service
Have your own computer and adequate furniture to work
Social security payment as a self-employed worker
Signature of mandatory confidentiality agreement
