Job Description
Technical Assistance and Route Planning Agent / Solo Lima, with experience in coordinating technician routes in Spain, managing customer incidents, tracking repairs, sending delivery notes, preparing budgets, simple reports and using ERP (Odoo, with training).
Management of applications such as ERP (it will be evaluated during the process, an essential requirement), Microsoft tools, Odoo, Excel.
Remote mode, Spanish time, early morning shift, schedule attached.
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 1:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Friday: 1:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

Requirements:
-2 years of experience in customer management, after-sales or Technical Assistance Service (SAT).
-Previous experience in technical service environments or home technical assistance companies.
-Management of applications such as ERP (essential requirement), Microsoft tools, Odoo, Excel.
-Previous experience in Odoo is desirable",
