Job Description

An important company in the industrial sector, specialized in gases and services, is looking for CSC Agents to join its Customer Service team.

The objective of the position is to manage and analyze customer requests and requirements in a timely and efficient manner, delivering solutions within defined deadlines, ensuring quality service and contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Main responsibilities
- Attention and management of customer requirements via telephone and digital channels.
- Entry and monitoring of requests in the SAP system.
- Management of orders, quotes and price inquiries.
- Review of stock and availability of products.
- Registration and monitoring of complaints in internal systems.
- Update and creation of clients in the system.
- Coordination of orders for installation or removal of equipment.
- Recovery of abandoned calls and contact with clients.
- Attention to corporate accounts and associated email channels.
- Support in commercial queries and guidance on products and services.
- Compliance with Safety, Quality and Integrity policies.

Conditions of the position
- Modality: Teleworking
- Working hours: Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday

- SHIFT A: Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 18:30 hrs
- SHIFT B: Monday to Sunday from 2:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- SHIFT C: Monday to Sunday from 10:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- SHIFT D: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 hrs
- SHIFT E: Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 hrs
- SHIFT F: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30 hrs
- SHIFT G: Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- H SHIFT: Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- Net income: $890,000.

- Contract: Fixed term 2 + 2 months, then indefinite.

Requirements
- Complete secondary education.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center or similar positions.
- User level PC management.
- Ideal SAP management (not exclusive).
- Availability to work in a rotating shift system.
