Looking for someone with experience in customer service to manage queries and support related to the rental and use of vehicles in an international environment. The position involves direct communication with clients and collaboration with different branches to ensure smooth service.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries by phone, email or video call.
Verify customer information and offer appropriate assistance.
Provide technical support and resolution of self-service incidents.
Collaborate with branches in different countries.
Promote additional services and improvements in reservations.
Requirements:
Customer and service orientation in the mobility sector.
Fluent in German and English.
Knowledge of other languages valuable.
Good communication skills and listening skills.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and shift work, including night shifts.
Ability to work in international teams.
Ability to identify problems and propose solutions quickly and effectively.
Salary to receive
