Main functions

Provide professional customer service through phone calls and emails.
Manage customer queries, requests and incidents efficiently.
Work autonomously in a remote environment, meeting established objectives and deadlines.
Identify, analyze and resolve problems proactively and efficiently.
Report incidents and opportunities for improvement to the corresponding team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields
Advanced command of written and spoken English (essential)
Basic Hubspot Sales management
Previous experience in support, sales or customer service positions
