Join our work team at a Global company as a Customer Service agent in the Electronic Commerce field.
This opportunity is to work from home. You just need to have high-speed internet and an area to work free of background noise. We provide you with a company PC so you can carry out your activities!
FUNCTION: Customer service through chat, email and calls. Manage and update your inventory, fulfill orders on time and keep your account up to date on services offered. There are no sales. There is no collection.
TRAINING: 100% in person | Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. to 2:40 p.m. / For 7 weeks / fully paid.
SCHEDULE: Minimum 35 hours and maximum 46 hours per week /
24/7 campaign, (you work only the number of hours between this range)
