Job Description
We are seeking a **Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator** to support our daily telemedicine operations.

The person in this role will review online medical forms submitted by patients in the United States, verify that information is complete and correct, and communicate with patients by phone or email to clarify or complete information.

This is a structured role, with clear processes and organized work. It is not a sales role.

Main Responsibilities
* Review digital medical forms for accuracy and completeness
* Detect missing information or inconsistencies
* Contact patients in English by phone or email to complete information
* Track the status of medical orders and prescriptions
* Correctly document each interaction in the system
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
* Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team

Requirements
* Advanced English (oral and written) – essential
* Ability to communicate with US patients by phone
* Previous experience in customer service, call center or patient care (1+ year preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Organization and management of multiple tasks
* Own computer and stable internet
* Quiet workspace
