In this role, youll operate like a manager but your team is AI.\n Help the customer\nReview and refine AI-generated responses\nHandle complex or sensitive escalations\nApply judgment where AI falls short\n Improve the system\nUpgrade knowledge bases and workflows\nIdentify and fix systemic issues\nBuild operational context (customers, products, policies)\nContinuously train and optimize AI performance\nYour main tool?
