Job Description

An important company in the field of industrial gases and welding is looking for a CSC Agent to join its Customer Service team.

The objective of the position is to manage and analyze customer needs and requests, delivering timely responses within established deadlines, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Main responsibilities

Entry and management of sales requirements in SAP.

Receiving telephone requests, reviewing customer conditions and order tracking.

Entry and management of quotes and price inquiries according to commercial conditions.

Review of stock and availability to inform the client of arrival dates or product alternatives.

Management of complaints (Complaint) and cases through SAP or SMC.

Making outbound calls to clients to capture orders and recover abandoned calls.

Customer creation management: receipt and sending of forms, creation in SAP.

WhatsApp channel review and response.

Attention to CETI students and review of corporate email accounts (Oxime, Sertec, Ceti).

Informative calls to SERTEC clients for budgets and ready equipment.

Advice on products and services to support new business opportunities.

Creation of patients and authorizations in SAP for HomeCare management.

Coordination of orders for installation and removal of equipment.

Compliance with Security, Integrity and Quality policies, maintaining up-to-date training.

Requirements

Mid-level professional technician in administrative areas, call center or customer service.

Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.

User level PC management.

Ideal SAP management.

Experience in customer service.
