Swipe Pay is a US-based fintech that offers payment processing, POS and merchant services solutions for businesses. We are building a high-performance appointment center and are looking for high-level appointment agents, with advanced English, capable of scheduling qualified B2B appointments with business owners in the US. This role rewards real results and revenue generation, not just call volume. The position is performed as an independent contract, without benefits or payroll.

Main responsibilities
Make outbound calls to businesses in the United States (B2B).
Communicate clearly, confidently and professionally in English.
Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives in the US.
Confirm that the contact is an owner or decision maker.
Validate real interest and compatibility of the business.
Correctly schedule appointments with the assigned salesperson.
Log all calls, notes and statuses in Go HighLevel (GHL).
Follow scripts, flows and processes within GHL.
Maintain high quality of citations and accurate data.

We are building an agile and measurable sales and support team, focused on generating qualified B2B appointments for business owners and decision makers in the US. Results-oriented candidates with the ability to work remotely and manage their own performance are valued. Training will be provided to strong candidates and previous experience with CRM tools will be valued.
Desirable requirements
Proven experience in outbound calls or appointment setting. Clear and fluent English on the phone. Ability to communicate with business owners in the US. Focus on KPIs and results. Organized, constant and reliable person. Experience with CRM (GHL preferred). Quiet workspace and stable internet. Training is offered for strong candidates.
What we offer
Base payment 1000 USD per month, paid in USD. $25 performance bonus for each account closed and activated. Income segment expected between 1,100 and 1,300 USD monthly, with potential of 1,700+ USD for top performers. Independent contractor relationship, monthly payments in USD via ACH / Wise / Payoneer. 100% remote work, Monday to Friday, with hours aligned to US areas (Central/Eastern Time).
