Job Description
We are looking for an Appointment Scheduling Agent to support the sales team in generating opportunities.
The main objective of the role is to schedule visits or meetings with previously identified health professionals, using a database provided by the company.
This is not a direct sales position, but rather an opening of opportunities for the sales team to present insurance products.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to professionals in the health sector (doctors, podiatrists and psychologists).
Arrange in-person appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Present the initial proposal in a clear and professional manner so that the sales team can continue the process.
Identify the level of interest of the contact and manage the salesperson's agenda.
Record relevant information in the CRM or assigned tool.
Comply with productivity metrics: call volume, effective contacts and scheduled appointments.
Maintain a neutral and professional tone, appropriate for healthcare audiences.
Requirements
1-2 years experience in appointment setting or similar roles.
Communication skills, active listening and verbal clarity.
Ability to follow business scripts and methodologies.
Organization and accurate recording of information.
Proactivity and results orientation.
Empathy and professional treatment with medical profiles.
Ability to handle objections without pushing or selling.
Adaptability to processes and metrics.
Negotiation skills.
