Sueldo: $850,000 CLP
Hours: Easter to June: 09:00 to 18:30 Chile time zone
Closer 09:00 to 17:00 Chile time zone

What challenges will you face?
Installations of new communities and support in the initial configuration of new communities.
System training for the administrator user, on some occasions this will be in person.
Activation notification to user administrator and committee respectively.
Notification of existence of manuals and support videos.
Execute action plan related to needs identified in NPS for training.
Creation of educational material and validation of existing material on platforms
Respond to tickets and requests related to the main knowledge of the system.
Resolution of cases and requests from new clients.
Customer loyalty and retention.

What do you need to postulate?
2 years of experience in customer service areas, ideally remotely.
Excellent spelling and writing.
Extraordinary communication skills.
Good management of Excel and Google Sheets (Evaluation will be carried out).
Knowledge about NPS.
Hubspot intermediate level

Knowledge in NPS
Feel comfortable doing data analysis in SQL.
Experience in international companies or startups
