COLD CALL AGENT – COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES
100% REMOTE WORK | SALARY: $1,000 USD PER MONTH

• The candidate must reside in Latin America and be available to work during United States business hours.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in cold calling and generating business opportunities for the US market.
The main function of this position is to contact companies through outbound calls to identify prospects interested in commercial cleaning services and arrange qualified appointments for our sales team. The objective is to generate effective meetings with those responsible for making decisions, who will later be visited by our commercial representatives to present proposals and close deals.
Main Responsibilities:
• Make cold calls to companies in various sectors, including offices, medical centers, schools, warehouses and commercial properties.
• Identify and contact decision makers, such as facility managers, property managers, and office managers.
• Professionally present our commercial cleaning services and generate interest at a business meeting.
• Qualify prospects based on their needs, facility size and service requirements.
• Constantly follow up with prospects to convert initial interest into confirmed appointments.
• Coordinate and confirm meetings for the sales team, minimizing cancellations and absences.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, results and follow-up of potential clients.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting or B2B sales.
• Advanced command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Experience working with clients from the United States.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and objection handling skills.
• Ability to work under goals and performance indicators (KPI).
• Comfort making a high volume of daily calls.
• Results-oriented, organized and proactive profile.
Success Indicators:
• Number of calls made.
• Number of qualified appointments scheduled.
• Attendance rate at scheduled meetings.
• Commercial opportunities generated for the sales team.
