Job Description

At ACT S.A. We are looking for a Help Desk Agent, who will be responsible for first-level technical support and attention to our clients.

Main functions of the position:

1. Provide first-level technical support to internal and external clients.
2. Diagnose and resolve incidents through remote communication channels.
3. Record and document each interaction, as well as the solutions delivered, in the ticket system.
4. Escalate and collaborate with the IT team to resolve more complex incidents.

Requirements:

1. Complete secondary education.
2. Previous work experience in customer service through ticket systems.
3. Use of Microsoft Office tools.
4. Knowledge in the Printing field (IDEAL)

Conditions of the position:

1. Modality: 100% teleworking.
2. Schedule: Full-time 44 hours per week (office hours).
3. Net salary offered: $650,000.
4. Access to corporate benefits.
