- What do we offer you?

* Base Salary: S/ 1,130.00 fixed.

* Presenteeism Bonus: S/ 150.00 additional.

* Variable by Indicators: S/ 100.00 according to performance.

* Commissions: Unlimited! It all depends on your management.

- Specialized Training

We want you to have all the necessary tools to achieve your goals from day one:

* Duration: 12 days of theoretical and practical training.

* Training schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

* 8 days remote and 4 days IN-Person (OJT) at our headquarters in Jr. Camaná, Cercado de Lima (for reference, just one block from Plaza San Martín, with easy access to transportation).

* General Start Date: July 9.

- Working Conditions and Schedules

* Mode: 100% Remote.

* Management regime: 6x1 (6 days of work and 1 day of rest per week).

* Work schedule: Availability to work assigned shifts within the range of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

* Rest days: Rotating between Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

- What are we looking for in you?

* Previous experience in a Call Center (preferably in the areas of retention, loyalty, customer service with cross-selling or sales).

* Excellent level of communication, verbal fluency, negotiation skills and frustration tolerance.
