What requirements do you need to meet?
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months in Customer Service (ATC), Sales, Retention or Cross-selling (Call Center or in-person).
- Tools: Have your own equipment (PC or Laptop) and stable wired internet at home for teleworking.
- Location: Mandatory residence in Lima or Callao.
What do we offer you? (Benefits)
- Fixed Salary: S/ 1,130.
- Commissions: Unlimited from your first sale!
- Bonus for Indicators: Up to S/ 100 per month.
- Presenteeism Bonus: Up to an additional S/ 150.
Management Schedule
- Mode: 100% Remote (Home Office).
- Day: Rotating hours within the time slot of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Rest: 1 day off per week (rotating).
Paid Training
We make sure to give you all the tools before you start managing.
- Duration: 12 days of active training.
- Training schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Payment: S/ 25 per day attended (paid at the end of the process).
