Job Description
We are looking for the best customer service and/or sales agents, who have skills such as empathetic and assertive communication, responsibility and commercial skills.
The responsibilities of the position are the following:
Provide customer service and support through different communication channels (phone, chat, email, social networks).
Resolve queries, doubts and problems in an efficient and friendly manner.
Support with credit closings (Sales)
Manage customer complaints or requests, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Keep the customer and request database updated.
Collaborate with other departments to guarantee comprehensive customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
You must have a minimum bachelor's degree and have at least 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales.
Basic use of office tools
Have availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (Including holidays) during Spanish time (8 hours from 2am or 4am Colombian time)
We currently work from home; However, you must be available to work in person in case it is required at any time.
