You will be the main voice of our department and a key player in monitoring our operations.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nCustomer Management: Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls for the service department in English.\nAgenda: Schedule and confirm maintenance and repair appointments.\nParts Logistics: Place and follow up on spare parts orders under the direction of the Service Operations Manager.\nQuality: Make post-repair follow-up calls for measure customer satisfaction.\nInventory support: Actively support the search for inventory at auctions in collaboration with Diana Quijano.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\nIndustry experience: Previous experience in automotive service, dealership operations or related areas (highly preferred).\nTools: Previous management of DMS systems or CRM platforms.\nCommunication skills: Excellent telephone presence, empathy and fluency when speaking.\nOrganization: Ability to detail tasks. and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.\nAdded value: Previous experience in a Call Center or BDC (Business Development Center) is a plus.\nEssential: 100% Bilingual \n Exclusive Requirement:\nLanguage proficiency: Fluent bilingual (English and Spanish).
