Job Responsibilities

Reception and management of service tickets requested by international clients.

Location and contact of technicians available in the required area.

Negotiation of costs and assignment of services.

Monitoring of the process from start to finish, ensuring quality and documentation in internal tools.

Job Requirements

Be over 18 years old.

Advanced conversational English (C1 essential).

Completed high school.

Experience and skills in customer service.

Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail and sense of urgency.

I like teamwork.

Use of MS Office.

CV in English and letters of job recommendation.
