-Provide first-line technical support to users with problems such as:

-Access to streaming and playback failures
-Login and account access issues
-Inquiries about payments and subscriptions
-Compatibility with devices and browsers
-Diagnose problems, identify root causes and guide users to effective solutions.
-Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the technical team with clear documentation.
-Maintain accurate records of reported problems, solutions provided, and recurring patterns.
-Assist in testing platform updates and reporting bugs or service anomalies.
-Contribute to the creation and maintenance of an internal knowledge base.
-Ensure that users receive timely, professional and friendly support at all times.
