We are looking for a Sales Agent for Access Control, responsible for managing the complete commercial process with communities, administrators and committees of co-owners, promoting and advising on security and access automation solutions. Its purpose is to reach qualified opportunities on time, accompany the client's decision process and close sales, ensuring a professional and reliable experience.
Chile time zone: 9:00-18:30
We are looking for someone motivated by sales.
Rent:
$750,000 liquid Chilean pesos + bonuses (on average $400,000, top sellers $1,000,000 gross)

What challenges will you have to face?
Manage the commercial ecosystem of Comunidad Feliz
Master the Access Control system, in its technical and commercial aspects
Marketing of the Access Control system and handling of objections at the level of technical-commercial offers.
Presentation and advice to clients on the advantages of the product.
Making technical quotes.
Manage the complete sales cycle: from the first contact to closing and transfer to after-sales.
Using Hubspot CRM in your daily life.
Creation of trusting relationships with clients.
Compliance with commercial goals.
Be aware of the company's KPIs and management deadline agreements that will be required periodically, and work to meet them.
What do you need to apply?
Minimum experience of 3
years in B2B sales
, ideally in intangible sales companies
or technology.
Desirable experience in
Inside Sales or remote sales.
Residing in Santiago. Possibility of attending events and in-person meetings.
CRM management (ideally HubSpot).
Passionate about sales.
Be a consultative profile.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Use of Gsuite tools (Meet, Calendar and Drive).
