PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Achieve sales objectives, provide high-quality advisory service to potential students, manage the enrollment process and actively participate in the promotion of educational programs.
FUNCTIONS ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION
Meet monthly sales goals and other indicators established by the operation according to the defined parameters, policies and internal guidelines.
Generate continuous improvement based on feedback from both the supervisor, coordinator and quality area
Support in testing new implementations (when required)
Provide information to answer questions and doubts regarding the educational programs offered by the organization in order to close sales and obtain registrations and registrations.
Advise on the enrollment process by providing the necessary information about the benefits, conditions, requirements and exclusions so that potential students decide to enroll in educational programs.
Register in the database and classify contacts with potential clients, according to the criteria established in the system.
Accompany your prospect during the registration process, following up on the presentation of documentation and other requirements required to register as a student, reviewing and validating the correct registration of their documents.
Promote and actively participate in in-person and virtual educational events to promote the dissemination of academic programs
Actively participate in training and training that allows you to improve your commercial profile.
Correctly manage the databases assigned by your leaders.
