Job Description

For travel insurance sales we are looking for people who value covering a role by objectives and from their homes.
We need to cover part-time shifts of 4 hours a day, business days.

The task consists of taking leads generated in digital marketing campaigns that have already gone through an automated quoting process (chatbot), answering specific doubts, offering alternatives, closing sales and issuing vouchers.
It's not cold selling or outbound communications.

Ideal for people who want to generate income by occupying a few hours of the day and with the flexibility of doing it from their own home.

It is a requirement to have excellent oral and mainly written communication skills, with the ability to engage in professional conversations with good grammar.

Experience in sales of intangible services, mainly insurance or tourist services, will be especially valued.

Technology: experience in managing CRM and Google Workspace (sheets / docs / meet) will be an advantage. It is required to have your own equipment for the task (computer, cell phone and stable internet connection).

The role is designed for people with the ability to tolerate frustration, handle objections and have a commercial profile with the objective of advising the client and closing sales.

It will be compensated with a basic fee of $400,000 (4-hour shift, 5 days per week, schedules to be coordinated according to availability) plus commissions for closed sales. ",
