We are looking for a Teleoperator with Experience (Work From Home)

Our team is growing and we are looking for an organized person with experience in telemarketing to work remotely with our law firm.

Responsibilities:

• Call people who have previously left their information requesting legal help
• Ask questions to understand your situation and determine if our office can help you.
• Track and keep information organized
• Schedule consultations and support the rest of the team

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telephone sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and ease of speaking
• Organized, responsible and punctual person
• Good attitude and energy when talking on the phone
• Comfort working from home
• Stable internet and quiet space to work
