ColConnect Solutions is seeking a motivated Bilingual Agent (English–Spanish) to support various customer service and sales campaigns. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound interactions across multiple industries. You'll provide exceptional support, build relationships, and help drive sales results. Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer service inquiries via phone, chat and email.

Make outbound calls for sales, follow-up, lead generation and customer contact.

Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish.

Meet and exceed performance metrics and campaign objectives.

Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.

Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions or products.

Collaborate with team leaders to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish (advanced verbal and written proficiency required).

Previous experience in customer service, call centers or sales is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Comfort with technology, CRM platforms and remote communication tools.

Autonomous, reliable and able to work in a performance-based environment.

You must reside in Medellín, Colombia, or be able to work Medellín-based schedules.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. m. to 6:00 p.m. m. (with one hour of lunch) or 11:00 a.m. m. to 7:00 p.m. m.

Payment model: Salary for hours worked.

Value per hour: $16,250 COP.

Required hours: Minimum of 40 to 42 hours per week.

Estimated monthly salary: Between $2,600,000 (depending on compliance with weekly hours).

Technical requirements: Computer, headphones and wired internet required.
