We are growing, that is why now we are also an insurance broker and we are looking for the “segurito” or “segurita” to be part of this new cell. You will sell insurance to ensure the well-being of communities.
Chile time zone: 9:00-18:00
Net Income $750,000 CLP + Commissions.

Identify and contact our communities that could benefit from insurance.
Train on the marketing of fire and earthquake insurance for communities, guide communities in selecting the best insurance and close the sale.
Learn how to use the HubSpot CRM to use it on a daily basis.
Compliance with commercial goals.
Be aware of the company's KPIs and management deadline agreements that will be required periodically, and work to meet them.

Passionate about sales.
Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in the sale of
intangibles. (It adds points if it is in insurance, SaaS or Inside sales. They add even more if it is insurance for communities).
Experience using CRMs (e.g. HubSpot).
Mastery of Gsuite tools (Meet, Calendar and Drive).
Have excellent public speaking skills, with the aim of effectively transmitting the value we deliver to the client through community insurance.
