Bilingual Travel Agent Remote Work\nThe Comfandi Employment Agency, in alliance with a recognized international company in the tourism sector, is looking for a Bilingual Travel Agent to join its commercial team and provide specialized advice to travelers interested in group experiences and tourist destinations around the world.\nMain functions\nAdvise clients interested in group trips, providing detailed information on destinations, itineraries and tourist packages.\nPrepare quotes and Carry out commercial follow-up with prospects through CRM, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.\nManage the sales process from start to finish, guaranteeing an exceptional service experience.\nMaintain constant communication with customers to strengthen the commercial relationship and promote loyalty.\nMeet the commercial objectives and sales goals established by the company.\nUpdate and manage customer information and business opportunities in management tools.\nRequirements\nAcademic training in Tourism, Hospitality, Administration or related areas.\nMinimum experience of 6 months in sales, preferably in travel agencies, tourism or related services.\nManagement of digital tools such as CRM, WhatsApp Business and email.\nIntermediate-advanced level of English and Spanish.\nBusiness skills, achievement orientation and ability to effectively close sales.\nExcellent communication, service attitude and negotiation skills.\nWorking conditions\nModality: 100% remote (applies for candidates residing in any city in Colombia).\nSalary: USD 650 per month.\nHours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.\nType of contract: Connection under the United States contract modality.\nBenefits\nVacation after completing one year of connection.\nOpportunities for professional growth and development.\nWork experience in an international environment.\nRemote work with global reach.\nIf you are passionate about travel, sales and customer service, this is your opportunity to be part of a company with international projection!",
