What will be your mission?

Under the supervision of our commercial management, you will be responsible for:

Specialized Consulting: Design and sell personalized vacation packages (Cruises, Hotels, Theme Parks and more).

Magic Experts: Manage direct reservations for Disney and top Caribbean destinations.

Sales Closing: Capture leads, follow up on prospects and finalize the sale of unforgettable experiences.

Virtual Management: Manage digital reservation and customer service tools remotely and efficiently.

What are we looking for in you?

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (desirable in tourism, hospitality or premium services).

Knowledge: Management of social networks and digital tools (Zoom, WhatsApp Business, CRM).

Certifications: It will be positively valued if you are already a Disney Certified Agent (Disney College of Knowledge). If not, we will help you achieve it!

Skills: Excellent spelling, persuasion skills and a lot of patience for customer service.

Technical requirement: Have your own computer, stable internet connection and an adequate space for teleworking.
