Job Description

We select the most skilled and empathetic managers to fill telephone service vacancies and assign shifts to patients from a renowned medical institution.

The vacancies are 100% remote/home office mode.

Our working hours are 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Work time range 12 to 20 hours.

We value and prioritize those who have specific knowledge linked to medicine, pharmacy, ophthalmology, dentistry or other related areas.

We require experience in a call center or similar customer service, reception, secretarial, shift center positions.

It is essential to have knowledge of tools: Excel/Google Sheets, Teams and Gmail. Experience with Oracle will be an advantage.

• Processor: Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5
• RAM: 16 GB
• Internet connection: minimum 100 Mbps
• Operating system: Windows 10.
